Organization Description: The Cedar
Rapids Community Concert Association is a non-profit
organization. The CRCCA was formed in 1930 to bring
great musical talent to the Cedar Rapids Community.
With only a handful of volunteers at the time, this
organization has grown over the years to continue to
provide five great shows every season. This
association provides music for your recreation,
supports the arts in education, and works toward the
preservation of reasonable prices in spite of
inflation with the help of our board’s determination
plus the generous donations from so many people every
year.
Our
shows had been held at the Paramount Theatre until the
June flood in 2008. Currently the performances are
held at the US Cellular Center. The seating capacity
is greater and can allow for many more people to see
each show.
